What is Economic Calendar?

The schedule of upcoming economic releases and central-bank events — the trader's map of when markets are likely to move violently.

An economic calendar lists the scheduled economic releases, central-bank decisions and speeches coming up each day, with forecasts, previous readings and an impact rating. High-impact entries — US Non-Farm Payrolls, CPI inflation, interest-rate decisions — can move major pairs dozens of pips in seconds. The calendar exists because markets react not to whether data is good or bad in isolation, but to how it compares with what was expected: a surprise in either direction is what causes violence.

Even a purely technical trader needs the calendar, defensively. In the minutes around a red-flag release, spreads widen sharply, stop losses can fill with heavy slippage, and clean technical levels are steamrolled. The professional habit is simple: check the calendar before every session, know exactly when the high-impact events land in your time zone, and either stand aside or accept the setup was pre-positioned well before the number. Checking the day's calendar is part of the pre-session routine we drill into every P4 Provider student.

Roman Urdu mein

Economic calendar aane wale economic events ki list hai — kab NFP aa raha hai, kab interest rate ka faisla hai, kis event ka impact zyada hai. News ke waqt spread barh jata hai aur stop slippage ke sath lag sakta hai. Har session se pehle calendar check karna utni hi zaroori aadat hai jitna chart kholna. Red news ke waqt naya trade lene se parhez karein.
