Refund Policy

In one line:

P4 Provider does not offer refunds on digital services. Once your payment is verified and access is granted, the sale is final.

1. No refunds on digital services

All P4 Provider digital services are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes, without limitation: the Trading Mentorship Program (online and physical seats), VIP Crypto Signals, VIP Forex Signals, app subscriptions, recorded lectures, LMS access, digital tools, and any other digital product or membership.

Because digital services grant immediate access to proprietary educational material, signals and community resources that cannot be “returned”, all sales are final once your payment is verified and access is granted. Please decide carefully before purchasing.

2. Why this policy exists

The moment access is delivered, the full value of a digital service — lectures, strategies, signals history, community entry — has been transferred and cannot be revoked in any meaningful way. A no-refund policy protects paying students and keeps our pricing honest for everyone.

3. What we help with instead

Duplicate or accidental double payments for the same service are reversed in full once verified against our records.

Payments made but access not delivered: if your payment is verified and you have not received access within 48 hours, contact us and we will either activate access immediately or return the payment.

Wrong package purchased: if you paid for one service but intended another of equal or higher value, we can transfer your payment toward the intended service before access to the original has been used.

4. Before you buy

We publish everything needed to decide confidently: a verified signals track record, 400+ public Google reviews, published cohort outcomes, free tools, a free glossary, and 70+ free articles. You are welcome to contact the team on WhatsApp with any question before paying — we would rather answer twenty questions than take one regretted payment.

5. Payment verification & cancellation windows

Manual payments (bank transfer, USDT, Binance Pay) are verified within 24-48 hours. Where a specific plan offers a cancellation window (shown at purchase inside your member dashboard), that window is honored exactly as displayed; outside it, section 1 applies.
